Laura is a Certified Personal Trainer and
Fitness Instructor. She graduated Cum Laude with a B.A.
degree in Dance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Following graduation, her passion for movement and the body
brought her to New York City where she began teaching various
fitness classes to special population groups including:
the MS Society of NYC, Arthritis Foundation, and In Fitness
& In Health (a fitness center tailored to plus-sized
women).
Since her move back to the Boston area, she
has continued her passion for fitness through personal training,
small group training, and teaching group fitness classes.
Her expertise in fitness also has her running seasonal boot
camps, being a fitness coach for weight loss
programs, and presenting speeches on various information
promoting healthy lifestyles.
