Personal Training for Weight Loss and Core
Conditioning

endurance and balance with this core training work out,
which involves techniques such as circuit and pilates. Training
can be modified for children, student athletes, and special
populations.
Pre & Post Natal Training
If you have pre-pregnancy fitness experience and/or medical
clearance, Laura can help you learn and enjoy the benefits
of exercise during and after pregnancy. Improve your strength,
relieve discomfort, and facilitate a smooth transition into
becoming or staying a fit Mom with this essential healthy
workout program.
Aqua Training
Water is a great tool for alleviating joint stress, gaining
strength, and enjoy a fun and invigorating way to workout.
Laura can work with those needing aqua therapy as a means
to increase strength and mobility, reduce pain, and risk
of injury. She can also challenge fit athletes to burn more
calories and gain even more strength through water resistance.
